The State Theatre will be temporarily closed for the summer of 2024, but exciting things are happening! The restoration of the old lobby will be done during this time. We hope to have it completed in early fall, if not it will still be functional as a venue while we complete this project.

Sing along with us as we play classics from England Dan and John Ford Coley, The Little River Band, Pablo Cruise, and many others. You’ll hear “Baby Come Back”, “Still the One”, “I Go Crazy”, “Lido Shuffle”, “Wildfire”, “Whenever I Call You Friend” and so much more. We feature three lead singers backed by a stellar Minneapolis band. You can look forward to LOTS of harmonies, stories behind the songs plus more fun stuff.

See this tribute performance led by Twin Cities soul and blues man Mick Sterling on Sat., Nov. 4 at 7:30 p.m. at the State Theatre.The many incarnations of Van Morrison from "Brown-Eyed Girl" and "Domino" to "Into The Mystic" and "Cleaning Windows" is celebrated by a band so strong that Van Morrison would surely choose as his own.
A spectacular 13-piece band is the soulful catalyst for this remarkable night of music. Intricate, essential background vocals are brilliantly handled by Cate Fierro, Katie Gearty and Michelle Cassioppi. The classic Van horn parts delivered by The Street Choir Horn Section.
