Z-Watercolorists

Z-Watercolorists is a casual group of artists that paints together to create art, share and teach others watercolor techniques. This group is not limited to watercolor, but dabbles in a variety of mixed media.
Everyone is welcome to join. Beginners to advanced and hobbyists are encouraged to participate. The point is to find joy in art and to learn and share. There are no dues, but a membership in ZAAC is encouraged. https://zaac.org/donate/join-us.

The group is inspired by Zumbrota Area Arts Council’s mission:

The Zumbrota Area Arts Council (ZAAC) is a non-profit whose purpose is to enhance the public’s awareness and appreciation for the arts through education programs and arts- related activities, to cultivate area talent by providing opportunities for exposure, and to cooperate with other organizations who share a similar purpose.

The Z-Watercolorists participants have been involved in community outreach, such as facilitating workshops in schools and other groups, helping with the Youth Art contest in various ways and providing support to ZAAC in various activities.
