    StoryHill

7:30 PMCrossings Event at The Zumbrota State Theatre

Crossings at Carnegie is happy to welcome back Storyhill, originally from Bozeman, Mont., to the State Theatre stage. Join us on Friday, November 16 for a special night of music.

Storyhill has scheduled their first tour in over three years in support of their new live album, Stages. Stages celebrates 15 live performances from the duo, recorded between 2002 and 2015. Several tracks were captured at the State Theatre in Zumbrota!

Audiences can expect infectious melodies, smart story songs and heartbreaking harmonies brought together in one perfect package when they come to hear Storyhill. Chris Cunningham and John Hermanson grew up together in Montana and began playing music as a duo. Mixing old-fashioned storytelling with hauntingly spare acoustic arrangements, the duo sing about love, war and the many sorrows that accompany them.

Tickets are $24 in advance; $28 at the door.

The events at ZAAC are supported by memberships and volunteers.

Great art and music and writing and theater can happen anywhere … even in a small community like Zumbrota and the surrounding area. Come visit. Get involved. Email info@zaac.org to inquire about memberships, volunteering, and Board of Directors applications.  We guarantee you’ll be surprised and rewarded!
